Shipping

We ship Monday through Friday, the day after we receive your order.

Need to cancel or make an adjustment – Let us know right away and we will do our best. Email sales@electronicsbywildflower-llc.com or call 769-2168567. We won’t be able to make any changes once an order has been shipped.

METHODS AND TRANSIT TIME​

  • UPS Standard: 7 – 10 days
  • UPS Ground: 4 – 7 days
  • UPS Second Day Air: 2 days

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Free standard shipping on orders over $100.00.

THINGS TO REMEMBER

  • Orders placed after 1pm central time on Friday will process the following Monday.
  • The pickup day does not count as a day in transit.
  • We are not responsible for UPS or USPS shipping delays.
  • UPS does not ship on weekends.
  • UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes. A valid street address is required.

DAMAGES

  • If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at schough@electronicsbywildflower-llc.com
  • Please include your order number, details of the damage and a picture of the damaged item(s).
  • We address damages on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to work toward a satisfactory solution.
  • Save all packaging materials and damaged goods as they may be needed to contact the shipping company and make a claim.
